EDIT: GAME WILL NOW LAUNCH IN SOMEWHAT FULLSCREEN  AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOU CLICK "RUN GAME." Figured it might be better than manually setting the size of the embed. lmao

Protonami is kinda a prototype platformer, mostly to test out a tool called Pocket Platformer, which is kinda like Bitsy, but for platformers.  While this is a finished game, it might be a bit buggy. Mostly due to the Pocket Platformer tool still being in development. Subsequent updates might happen soon.

Anyway, the story is simple: you are an android ready to get out of the laboratory, but not before you go through 10 somewhat difficult levels of it. Good luck.

NOTE: That is actually my first game. Please leave a comment and tell me how I did.
Shout out to the_l0bster for making the Pocket Platformer tool.

It doesn't work for me :/ I think because Macs have a Return key instead of an Enter key

Return key should be the same as Enter. You should probably get a Chromium-based browser instead of using Safari on your poor ol' amd64 Macintosh computer. Chrome and other browsers based on Chromium are usually better. Admittedly so is Firefox.

Sorry for the late response btw.

(1 edit)

Chrome is as bad as Internet Explorer 6. It’s bad for the web to have one browser vendor control the standards by default because of their monopoly

I don’t use Chrome because of that reason and the fact that it’s an inefficient resource hog

was using Firefox

Well...idk tbh. Sorry. I hope l0bster addresses your complaints and further optimizes the tool. However, I also have a porting project that might help. Look in the dev logs and see what I'm talking about.

I wasn't expecting three homing missiles! And the music may be a bit too annoying after a short amount of respawns. But overall, it was not bad for a first try. ;-) Keep up the good work. You'll eventually be a pro at this.
